Mr. Klein is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Parquet Capital. Prior to Parquet, Mr. Klein was a Global Credit Analyst and Founder of the Distressed and Special Situations effort for the Fundamental Fixed Income department at Janus Capital. Previously, he was an Executive Director and Head of Distressed for UBS AG's Special Situations Group, and a Director and Head of Distressed and Special Situations for UBS AG's Structured Lending Group. Prior to UBS, he served as Principal of Redrock Capital and was an Analyst at Madison Capital. He began his career as an Associate Analyst in Global Credit Research and as an Analyst in Corporate Finance at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York. Mr. Klein earned an M.S. degree from Stanford University, an M.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, high distinction, and a B.S. degree from the University of Florida, honors, where he was also a member of the Division I Track & Field team.

Mr. Pagliuca is the President and Managing Director of the firm. Prior to Parquet Capital, he was an investment professional at H.I.G. Capital, a $21 billion private equity firm, and worked as a consultant at Bain & Company in both their Boston and London offices. He earned an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School and a B.S. degree in Economics from Duke University, cum laude, where he was also a member of the Division I Duke Basketball team.
